Refund Policy
Last Updated: November 5, 2026
In short: credit purchases are final and are not refunded. Credits never expire, so anything you buy stays in your account until you use it. Billing errors on our side are always put right.
1. Credit purchases are final
- All purchases of ValidEmail.Net credit packages are final and non-refundable, including credits that have not been used.
- Credits cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.
- Credits do not expire. They remain in your account until you use them, for both bulk verification and API requests.
2. Try before you buy
- Every new account includes free verification credits, so you can test the service on your own addresses before you pay.
- Please choose the credit package that fits your volume. If you are unsure which package you need, contact us before you buy.
3. Billing errors
- If you were charged more than once for the same order, or you were charged and the credits did not reach your account, contact us at info@ValidEmail.net within 30 days of the charge.
- We will refund the duplicate charge, or add the missing credits to your account, once we have confirmed the error.
4. Payment disputes and chargebacks
- If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us first; most issues are solved within a day.
- Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer or PayPal places the account on hold while the dispute is open, and any credits from a payment that is reversed are removed from the account.
5. How payments are processed
- Payments are processed by PayPal, or by Paddle.com for orders paid through Paddle's checkout (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UPI and other local methods).
- For orders paid through Paddle's checkout, Paddle.com is the reseller and Merchant of Record, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to that order.
